South Chapter
South Chapter
The South Chapter works hard to promote educational programs and networking at monthly luncheons to GBAHB members in the Greater Shelby County area. The luncheons are held quarterly at Lloyd's Restaurant on Highway 280 at 11:30 a.m. The goal is to provide both builders and associates a networking opportunity, a chance for a quick hot lunch, and even some programs that are educational.
If you are not actively involved in a GBAHB committee or council, the South Chapter is a perfect way for you to get to know other GBAHB members. In addition to the monthly luncheons, the South Chapter organizes many event opportunities to help with fundraising for charitable organizations. The South Chapter board is working hard to continue planning these great events such as the traditional golf tournament and skeet shoot. These events allow members networking opportunities and a day out of the office to have fun amongst friends in your industry. Many businesses line-up to sponsor these events so that their name gets out there amongst the membership. At the same time, your company can be assured that your dollars are being used to help charity and other programs surrounding your industry.
Please check your BluePrint or come back to this site for the most current and up-to-date event locations, times and programs for South Chapter meetings. There are no due costs associated to participate in South Chapter, but lunches generally cost $15.00 per person. Simply make a reservation for lunches and events and join us. If you have any questions on how you can become involved in the South Chapter, please contact Susan Primm at 912-7000.
