Homes will be open to the public Saturday 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. and Sunday 1 p.m. - 6 p.m.

Welcome to the Greater Birmingham Association of Home Builders' (GBAHB) 56th annual Parade of Homes presented by Alagasco. The 2012 Parade will feature 110 homes on tour across the Greater Birmingham area.

This event has been nationally recognized as an award-winning event hosting thousands of visitors who search for the latest in innovative building and decorating trends. The GBAHB is comprised of developers, general and specialty contractors, suppliers and associates. Our members and their dedication make each and every Parade of Homes a special event. This year's event will canvass homes from the Greater Birmingham Area to St. Clair County.

Homes will range from 1,000 - to over 4,000 square feet, ensuring that there is a home for everyone. Whether you are a first-time buyer, looking for luxury in a move-up, someone scaling down, or if you are looking for a remodeling contractor, this event will provide something for everyone. The homes exhibit the professionalism, authenticity and unsurpassed standards of the GBAHB Builders.
