The Master Builder / Master Remodelor (MBMR) Program Committee was hard at work this last year creating a unified quality image to present to consumers who consider building a new home or remodeling an existing residence. A brochure and website are available about the program at www.mbmr.org We encourage consumers to “Look for the Logo” and “Go With A MASTER”. Look for the LOGO (left).
- Undertaking a large home remodeling or building project can feel a bit initimidating at times, but from start to finish, a MASTER gets the job done!
- Choosing a MASTER gives the homeowner that added bit of confidence that he has made a wise investment decision.
- The consumer can relax, knowing his MASTER is a contractor with the skill and integrity to create that home of his dreams.
The MBMR Program provides consumers with contractors of the highest professional standards. Members of the program must pass a rigorous entry process in order to receive the designation as Master Builder or Master Remodelor. They are screened by a committee of their peers who review customer supplier and sub-contractor references; check for any current or pending litigations; verify full liability and workman’s compensation insurance coverage; and validate financial stability. Membership is reviewed on a yearly basis, and failure to meet the program’s requirements can warrant disqualification from the program.
All MBMR members agree to resolve disputes through a unique process of negotiation, mediation and arbitration. Program participants provide current, state of the art contract and warranty documents. The MASTERS adhere to the highest standards of job performance and ethics.
The MBMR Program Logo demonstrates to the buying public that the MASTERS have pride in their profession and endeavor to provide the highest quality work possible. Upon acceptance into the program, the company is given the right to use the trademarked logo and affiliated materials. Contact Susan Primm at 912-7000 if you are interested in becoming a MASTER.
